Karen Leyva-Drivin serves as legal counsel for Bloomberg L.P. where she handles commercial transactional matters while serving as co-chair of the Legal Department’s Pro Bono Program.  Prior to joining Bloomberg, Karen was a patent litigator with Kenyon & Kenyon and Ropes and Gray assisting clients in the technology industry. While at Ropes and Gray, she also counseled clients on compliance matters in Europe and Latin America.  Karen is dedicated to D&I initiatives and mentoring. She is an active and past Board member for various national and regional organizations and has recently concluded her role as the New York Chapter Lead of the Latino Community at Bloomberg.  Karen received her J.D. from Fordham Law in 2010 and her Bachelor in Engineering and Masters degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
