Law School Division

Summer 2024

The Sotomayor Program selects law school interns from a pool of highly qualified applicants who bring a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and talents. The program is open to all law students attending an ABA approved law school.

The Sotomayor Program’s Law School Division includes (1) rigorous academic, professional, and personal programming from legal research and writing to professional branding, wellness coaching, and soft skill trainings, and (2) our signature judicial internship experience to provide practical experience and mentorship opportunities. Our hope is to provide law school students with the skills and resources necessary to successfully apply to future internship and job experiences and become a practicing attorney.

For our Summer 2024 program, the SCS JIP Law School program will run for 8 - 10 weeks on a full-time basis and include professional development training, networking opportunities, and wellness programming concurrent to the judicial internship. Due to COVID-19 concerns, some portion or all aspects of the internship may be held in a virtual format.
