Maya Brodziak

Maya is an associate at Sher Tremonte LLC, focusing on complex criminal litigation and criminal defense. Prior to joining Sher Tremonte, Ms. Brodziak clerked for the Honorable Pamela K. Chen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Brodziak graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School where she served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with degrees in history and government. She also received a Master’s in Education Policy from The George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Following law school, Ms. Brodziak was a Skadden Fellow at Lawyers for Children where she represented children in Manhattan Family Court and school discipline administrative hearings.
